Alex Leombruni was appointed Chief Executive of Club Assist on 1 September 2017 and is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the business and the provision of advice to the board. Prior to his appointment as CEO, Alex was Chief Financial Officer for the Club Assist business globally for 17 years.
Alex’s experience includes 9 years with SmithKline Beecham where he occupied the position of Finance Manager for both the pharmaceutical and consumer operations in Australia. Prior to that, Alex was head of finance and management accounting for Country Road Australia. Alex has a Bachelor of Business (Accounting), is a member of FCPA Australia and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants.

Rosalyn is responsible for strategy and business planning at both a global and regional level and leads product engineering and development together with brand, market research and corporate communications.
Rosalyn has a Doctor of Business Administration with 20 years’ experience in various leadership roles in publicly listed companies such as BNY Mellon, Advance Asset Management, Perpetual Limited, AXA and UniSuper.
Rosalyn has a strong background in strategy and business planning with diverse experience in areas of product management, marketing, customer experience, market intelligence and market research.
Rosalyn has published and presented at a number of industry symposiums and has facilitated strategy and ideation sessions for organisations in Australia, the US and Canada.

Hamish is responsible for the operations across Asia Pacific and is accountable for driving the growth of the Club Assist business for its shareholders. Hamish has over 20 years’ experience in General Management and Business Development with publicly listed corporations such as Barclays, Brambles and Brinks in Asia Pacific and the Americas, including regional roles based in China, Singapore and the US.
Hamish has developed an understanding of the logistics industry with a specific focus on originating and delivering bespoke project solutions in remote and difficult geographies. Moreover, Hamish has been involved in leading teams in originating, closing and implementing several large acquisitions for publicly listed companies in China, India and Malaysia.
Hamish holds a Diploma of International Trade undertaken in Wuhan, China and is conversational in Mandarin Chinese.
MCom (commerce), CPA Australia
Darshan is responsible for managing the Finance and IT divisions of Asia Pacific with added global responsibilities of managing Group Treasury, Audit and Tax. Darshan has been with Club Assist Group for over 10 years and has undertaken various senior finance roles within Australia and USA during this time. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Darshan was Vice President of Finance for North American business for 2 years.
Darshan has a strong background in Governance, Commercial Finance and is a strong advocate for adding value beyond numbers. He has a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Australia.
In 2002, after more than 10 years as a partner of an Australian law firm, Bruce Adams took up the position of Club Assist’s General Counsel.
Bruce is responsible for planning and directing all aspects of Club Assist’s legal affairs and for protecting Club Assist’s legal interests. Bruce has over 20 years experience as a commercial lawyer.

Michael is responsible for the Human Resources and Safety functions of Asia Pacific. He comes to Club Assist from a broad and varied Human Resources career spanning sectors including higher education, banking & finance, pharmaceuticals, scientific services and retail. He has spent time as a member of the board of directors for a not for profit organisation and has been regularly involved in industry forums including presenting as a key note speaker and being a member of a HR leadership think tank group on the future of work.
