Tracey Wright was appointed Chief Executive Officer in March 2019 and is responsible for the leadership and strategic direction of the business and providing advice to the board. Prior to joining Club Assist, Tracey headed up Energy Services Pty Ltd in NextGen at EnergyAustralia, responsible for driving considerable growth in the solar PV and battery storage residential and commercial sectors.
Tracey is currently a non-executive director for Bowls Australia, the national sporting body for the sport in Australia. She is the board sponsor for a whole of sport IT solution which is being implemented for the sport nationally, and heads up a national steering committee.
Tracey has over 30 years experience in a range of industries and multinational organisations, including the renewable energy sector, fast moving consumer goods, general merchandise, financial services and advertising agencies.
MCom (commerce), CPA Australia
Darshan is responsible for managing the Finance and IT divisions of Asia Pacific with added global responsibilities of managing Group Treasury, Audit and Tax. Darshan has been with Club Assist Group for over 10 years and has undertaken various senior finance roles within Australia and USA during this time. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Darshan was Vice President of Finance for North American business for 2 years.
Darshan has a strong background in Governance, Commercial Finance and is a strong advocate for adding value beyond numbers. He has a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Australia.
BBus (Economics), MBA
Michael is responsible for the Human Resources and Safety functions of Asia Pacific. He comes to Club Assist from a broad and varied Human Resources career spanning sectors including higher education, banking & finance, pharmaceuticals, scientific services and retail. He has spent time as a member of the board of directors for a not for profit organisation and has been regularly involved in industry forums including presenting as a key note speaker and being a member of a HR leadership think tank group on the future of work.
BAcc (Accounting), CPA
Trish is responsible for product and services lifecycle management for the core business as well as delivering growth through innovation and expansion into new markets, keeping the customer at the heart of everything she does.
Trish started her working life as an accountant, and quickly moved into the sphere of product, sales and marketing.
After spending 10 years managing RACV’s Motoring Products portfolio, Trish took her product management experience to the energy industry.
At EnergyAustralia she managed the Solar and Energy Storage product suite, setting the foundations and developing and delivering strategies for growth.
More recently, she took on a key leadership role as Journey Owner, leading a transition to a genuine customer led way of working, in a lean, agile environment.
Trish has a strong commercial background with experience in product management, product development, marketing and customer experience including human centered design.
Adrian is responsible for the full breadth of sales and operations activities, including developing strong client relations, efficient and effective state operations and supply chain management, and unlocking opportunities to drive top-line growth through existing and new channels.
Adrian has over 20 years of experience as an operations specialist in the retail sector with deep supply chain knowledge and expertise. He was most recently GM for Inventory and Space with Target in Melbourne, leading end-to-end transformation of inventory management, replenishment, store space planning and event management. Prior to this, he has held Head of Operations and Strategic Program Lead roles at Coles Supermarkets, and Senior Operations Manager with UK retailer ASDA where he delivered targeted step change projects and reduced inventory in stores.
