Club Assist Awarded Parts Supplier of the Year…for second consecutive year!
In February 2024, Penske Trucks is hosting their annual national dealer conference in Queensland. The Club Assist team participated in the event to showcase our joint battery program, most of which is supplied under the Penske RDP own label range.
When the team arrived they were asked to join one of the internal sessions and were delighted to find this was for Club Assist to be presented ‘Parts Supplier of the Year 2023’. Over 200 suppliers were graded on their support for the Penske business, including service levels, partnership, collaboration, warranty rates, and dealer feedback among many other factors – with Club Assist coming out on top for the second year running!
Winning the award for two consecutive years has never been done by a supplier before, so we have truly broken new ground with our customer partner. Being given Penske’s top award in 2022 was a great result, but to show the excellence and commitment to be able to win it again in 2023 is a fantastic achievement for everyone at Club Assist.
