Adrian Smith

Chief Executive Officer

Adrian was appointed to the role of CEO in early 2023 after completing just over three years in his previous role as EGM Sales & Operations. He has a values-based leadership style and a track record of people development and leading large scale business-wide change. Adrian has a strong history of leading successful teams across multiple industries, with over 20 years’ experience in some of the world’s largest retailers prior to Club Assist, specifically in Wesfarmers (Target, Coles) and Walmart (Asda in the UK). His functional responsibilities have stretched across the end-to-end supply chain from procurement through to sales and everything in between.

Darshan Parikh

Chief Finance & Technology Officer

Darshan is responsible for managing the Finance and IT divisions of Asia Pacific with added global responsibilities of managing Group Treasury, Audit and Tax. Darshan has been with Club Assist Group for over 10 years and has undertaken various senior finance roles within Australia and USA during this time. Prior to his appointment as CFO, Darshan was Vice President of Finance for the Club Assist North American business for 2 years. Darshan has a strong background in Governance, Commercial Finance and is a strong advocate for adding value beyond numbers. He has a Master’s degree in Commerce and is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Australia.

Michael Vogt

Executive General Manager Human Resources

Michael is responsible for the Human Resources and Safety functions of Asia Pacific. He comes to Club Assist from a broad and varied Human Resources career spanning sectors including higher education, banking & finance, pharmaceuticals, scientific services and retail. He has spent time as a member of the board of directors for a not for profit organisation and has been regularly involved in industry forums including presenting as a key note speaker and being a member of a HR leadership think tank group on the future of work.

Trish Yates

Executive General Manager Product and Strategic Partnerships

Trish is responsible for product and services lifecycle management for the core business as well as delivering growth through marketing, innovation and expansion into new markets, keeping the customer at the heart of everything she does. Trish started her working life as an accountant, and quickly moved into the sphere of product, sales and marketing. After spending 10 years managing RACV’s Motoring Products portfolio, Trish took her product management experience to the energy industry. At EnergyAustralia she managed the Solar and Energy Storage product suite, setting the foundations and developing and delivering strategies for growth. Trish has a strong commercial background with experience in product management, product development, marketing and customer experience including human centered design.

Glenn Cross

Executive General Manager Customer Growth

Glenn is responsible for the Sales, Marketing and Business Development divisions of Asia Pacific. He brings to Club Assist over 20 years automotive experience, with a proven track record of driving the strategic business direction, revenue growth and market expansion. Glenn has held functional responsibilities across sales, marketing, product, finance, and supply chains across a variety of multi-national business and market environments. Glenn is passionate in fostering strong customer partnerships and collaboration with innovative sales and marketing strategies. He holds an Executive Masters of Business Administration and Bachelor of Business.

Luke Maunsell

Executive General Manager Operations

Luke is responsible for Club Assist’s Operations and Supply Chain teams across the business in Asia Pacific. Luke brings over 20 years of experience in operational excellence by driving results and exceeding goals in the manufacturing, engineering, logistics and supply chain sectors. He started his career with General Motors Holden and has held a number of varied roles of increasing responsibility working with companies like Toll, Vinfast, Carbon Revolution and Bapcor Limited. His experience covers the spectrum of operations management, organisational design and development, LEAN implementation, failure mode and effects analysis (FMEA), quality management and Six Sigma. Luke holds a Bachelor of Mechanical Engineering and a Master of Business Administration specialising in technology management.
