Environment & Sustainability
Club Assist is committed to operating in an environmentally responsible manner and conserving natural resources, reducing pollution, minimising waste and protecting biodiversity.
To support and protect our environment, Club Assist recycles batteries with the aim to return the maximum amount of raw materials back to the manufacturing process as possible.
The return of one scrap battery for every battery sold is a primary focus for Club Assist and to date our efforts are producing an overall return rate of 95%. All scrap batteries are transported to the Hydromet battery recycling plants in Wollongong, New South Wales and Laverton, Victoria for processing.
